Our property law department represents investors (French and foreign investment funds and listed property companies), promoters, developers, or public communities in transactions located in France or abroad.
- Professionals know that the real estate cycle is regularly hit by disputes, which may paralyze, or, more rarely, accelerate the completion of projects and transactions. The daily practice of our real property department consists as much of the resolution of private and administrative disputes, as of the drafting of contracts and covenants.
- We believe that a transaction is not a template form that just needs be filled in, and counsel has not completed its mission when done with counting the termites. All anticipated disputes must inform the negotiation, so as to allow our clients to move forward with full knowledge of potential risks.

Our scope of intervention covers the entire chain, from land acquisition to leasing buildings and the sale of developed property as a unit or as a part of larger portfolios. Our knowledge and skills combine public law with private law, public land with property management contracts, and embraces environmental law and IP issues in architectural works.
