1. Data collected
Personal data may be collected when browsing the Site, when you ask a question using the contact form (https://www.veil.fr/contacts/), when you apply for a job or internship, or when you subscribe to our alerts.
The data likely to be collected is: surname, first name, e-mail address, password if you create an application account, and CV if you apply for a job.

2. Purpose of data collection
Data is collected and processed in order to provide the services and information requested, to respond to questions and requests, and to process applications received.
The legal basis for such processing is your consent and Veil Jourde’s legitimate interest in ensuring the operation and security of the Site.
The data collected is kept only as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Data relating to applications for our job and internship offers may be kept for up to two years after our last contact with the applicant.

3. Exercising your rights
In accordance with current legislation, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to the processing of your personal data as well as a right to data portability:

– Right of rectification: you have the right at any time to add to, correct or delete your personal data.
