Veil Jourde advised the SLAM fund on its acquisition of a majority stake in Hexagone MMA, Europe’s leading mixed martial arts league.

Based in France and broadcast on RMC Sport, Hexagone MMA has established itself as a major player in the MMA market thanks to a differentiated strategy focused on identifying top talent, integrating high-profile personalities, and organizing events showcasing the best European fighters.

Through this transaction, SLAM has created Europe’s first integrated MMA platform, now structured around two complementary leagues: Hexagone MMA and ARES Fighting Championship, a premium league recognized as a gateway to the UFC, with broadcasts on Canal+ and UFC Fight Pass.

Leveraging this complementarity, strengthened national coverage, and top-tier media partnerships, SLAM is positioning itself as the leading MMA player in France and intends to accelerate its expansion across Europe.
