Veil Jourde, advisor to Delachaux on the sale of Lenoir-MEC to Goudsmit Magnetics

Veil Jourde is advising Delachaux on the sale of its French subsidiary Établissements Raoul Lenoir and its Italian subsidiary MEC, wholly owned by Établissements Raoul Lenoir, to the Dutch group Goudsmit Magnetics.
With a well-established and active presence in France and Italy, Lenoir-MEC is recognized for its expertise in magnetic technologies for metal recycling applications, particularly for waste processing centers and the mining industry, as well as in lifting equipment for handling steel products.
This sale is part of the Delachaux Group’s strategy to focus its resources on developing its three core businesses, each a global leader in its market: Pandrol, Conductix-Wampfler and DCX Chrome.
In this transaction, the Delachaux Group was advised by Veil Jourde, with Pierre Deval, partner, and Mathilde Grenier, associate, on corporate aspects.
