Veil Jourde advises Coucoo Cabanes on its fundraising and opening up its capital to new investors

Veil Jourde advises Coucoo Cabanes, a leader in eco-tourism in France, on its fundraising and the opening of its capital to Crédit Agricole Régions Investissement (Carvest) and BFC Croissance, which join the group’s long-standing partners, comprising Bpifrance and private investors, who are recommitting.
Founded in 2009 by Gaspard de Moustier and Emmanuel de La Bédoyère, Coucoo Cabanes offers high-quality, environmentally friendly hospitality in the heart of remarkable estates.
The current offering comprises more than a hundred cabins in the heart of nature, perched in trees or floating, spread across five estates in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Hauts-de-France, and Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur regions.
This new operation aims to accelerate the group’s development and expansion in a context of strong growth potential for eco-tourism, through a program to open six new exceptional estates.
In this operation, the Coucoo Cabanes Group was advised by the law firm Veil Jourde, with Gabriel d’Amécourt, partner, and Albane Regina, associate, on corporate and contractual aspects.
