Veil Jourde, advisor to Byome Labs in connection with its first round of fundraising

Veil Jourde advises Byome Labs, a French deep tech company, on its first round of fundraising from several strategic business angels, including Paris Business Angels, Remora Biotech, and Angels Santé.

Founded in 2023 by David Suissa, Byome Labs is a startup specializing in the analysis of the skin, scalp, oral, and vaginal microbiomes.

At the crossroads of microbiology, immunology, genetic engineering, and artificial intelligence, Byome Labs aims to become a key player in personalized cosmetics thanks to its unique and innovative technology, Byome Derma: a simple, ultra-fast skin test that can be performed directly at the point of sale, allowing the most compatible skincare products for each skin’s unique microbiome to be recommended.

This first round of financing will support the industrialization of the Byome Derma solution, strengthen Byome Labs’ R&D and business teams, and prepare for its international rollout in 2026.

In this transaction, the startup Byome Labs was advised by the law firm Veil Jourde, with Gabriel d’Amécourt, partner, and Clara Muhar, associate, on corporate and contractual aspects.
