Veil Jourde, advisor to Byome Labs on its first round of fundraising

Veil Jourde advises Byome Labs, a French deep tech company, on its first round of fundraising from several strategic business angels, including Paris Business Angels, Remora Biotech, and Angels Santé.

Founded in 2025 by David Suissa, Byome Labs is a startup specializing in in vitro skin microbiome diagnostics. 

At the crossroads of science, data, and retail, Byome Labs aims to become a key player in personalized cosmetics, thanks to its unique and innovative technology, Byome Derma, which analyzes skin at the point of sale in order to recommend the most suitable skincare products in just a few minutes.

This first round of financing will support the industrialization of the Byome Derma solution, strengthen the R&D and business teams at Boyme Labs, and prepare for its international rollout in 2026.

In this transaction, the Byome Labs group was advised by Veil Jourde, with Gabriel d’Amécourt, partner, and Clara Muhar, associate, on corporate and contractual aspects.
