Veil Jourde, advisor to Flakon on the acquisition of Cuvée Privée and the creation of Terroir Society

Veil Jourde advises Flakon and its founder Clément Gavault on the acquisition of Cuvée Privée and the creation of a new joint group, Terroir Society.

Founded in 2022, Flakon has established itself as one of France’s leading wine and spirits tasting companies, offering an innovative range of products and services (carefully selected winemakers, tasting boxes, digital and immersive experiences, etc.).

The acquisition of Cuvée Privée, a concept store dedicated to wine and a pioneer in vineyard adoption experiences, marks the alliance of two highly complementary worlds, united by the same goal: the modernization of the wine industry.

Terroir Society, which already has more than 100,000 customers and enjoys the support of a committed community, aims to establish itself as the emerging European leader in wine and spirits gifts, offering experiences that showcase the expertise of producers while meeting the expectations of evolving consumers.

In this transaction, Flakon and its founder are advised by Veil Jourde, with Gabriel d’Amécourt, partner, and Romy Kaadi, on corporate and contractual aspects.
