Veil Jourde, advisor to Odigo in its acquisition of Akio

Veil Jourde advises Odigo, the European leader in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions and pioneer of Customer Experience as a Service (CXaaS), as well as its majority shareholder Seven2, on the acquisition of Akio.
Akio is a software publisher specializing in CCaaS solutions, recognized for its expertise in artificial intelligence applied to customer voice analysis, reputation management, and agent performance optimization.
Active in the mid-market, its acquisition complements and strengthens Odigo’s offering and pioneering position. With 650 employees, Odigo has been supporting more than 250 large companies in around 100 countries for nearly 40 years and has annual revenue of €160 million.
The transaction also marks a decisive step in the consolidation of the European CX market, with Odigo’s ambition to build a credible and competitive European alternative to the American giants in the sector, in a context where European companies are placing increasing importance on data sovereignty and control over their technological environments.
In this transaction, Odigo and Seven2 were advised by Veil Jourde, with Gabriel d’Amécourt, partner, Clara Muhar and Romy Kaadi, associates, on corporate and contractual aspects.
Veil Jourde also advised Odigo and Seven2 on preliminary audits, with Benoît Gréteau, partner, and Charlotte Martinez, associate, in tax matters; Nicolas Brault, partner, and Flore Canal, associate, on intellectual property matters; and Pauline Larroque-Daran, partner, and Chloé Noyon, associate, on labor law matters.
