  • Good tax options are key for the development and success of a project.

  • In order to offer a global service and bring added value to our clients, our tax lawyers work closely with the Firm's other departments, particularly with the Mergers and Acquisitions team.

  • The tax department intervenes on sales and acquisitions, LBOs and pre- or post-acquisition restructurings. In particular, it provides its expertise in both national and international structuring, optimizing financial flows within groups and, if necessary, negotiating and obtaining tax approvals.

  • Thanks to its past international experience, our tax team advises and assists French and foreign companies, in all areas of business, with respect to the tax consequences of their operations.

  • Our team works in the following areas:
    • accompanying taxation, including employee profit-sharing;
    • financial tax issues;
    • property tax issues;
    • tax rectifications (assistance with tax control audits) or tax disputes (including administrative proceedings).
