Veil Jourde, advisor to Vesta Home (Hosman) in connection with the adoption of its recovery plan by the Commercial Court of Bobigny

Veil Jourde advises Vesta Home, a new real estate agency, on the adoption of its recovery plan with classes of affected parties by the Bobigny Commercial Court on July 10, 2025.

Founded in 2017 by Stanislas de Dinechin and Benjamin Bavuz, Vesta Home—through its Hosman brand—offers individuals an alternative real estate sales service to traditional agencies, based not on traditional commissions but on a fixed fee, payable only upon success.

The recovery plan, with the support of UL Invest through a majority takeover and a €1.8 million contribution, will ensure the continuity of the business while consolidating Vesta Home’s innovation and jobs.
