Laurent Jobert specialises in mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
He advises issuers and investment funds on private equity transactions, as well as industrial groups on M&A transactions, restructurings and strategic projects, and on issues relating to corporate governance.He also advises on acquisition litigation.
Laurent Jobert began his career with Gide Loyrette Nouel in 2002, leaving in 2006 to join Veil Jourde as an associate. He became a partner of the firm in 2011. The author of numerous articles on company and financial law, Laurent Jobert has been a member of the legal committee of the Association Nationale des Sociétés par Actions (ANSA) since 2014.
