Veil Jourde, advisor to Crédit Agricole Group on Macif’s acquisition of a stake in Cosmobilis

Veil Jourde advised Crédit Agricole Group on the signing of a long-term strategic partnership between Macif and Cosmobilis Group, a European automotive mobility platform.

This partnership aims to build a comprehensive ecosystem for simpler, more accessible and integrated mobility. As part of this partnership, Macif is investing €50 million in Cosmobilis Group.

The Veil Jourde team was led by Laurent Jobert, partner, and Enzo Niccolini, associate, on corporate/M&A aspects.
