Veil Jourde, advisor to LVMH Luxury Ventures in its acquisition of a stake in BDK Parfums

Veil Jourde advises LVMH Luxury Ventures Fund I (LLV), an investment fund sponsored by LVMH, on the acquisition of a minority stake in BDK Parfums, a Parisian perfume house.

An independent brand founded in 2016 by David Benedek, BDK Parfums is opening up its capital to an external investor for the first time.

LLV’s investment aims to support BDK Parfums’ international expansion, the opening of new flagship stores, and the enrichment of its product range, while preserving the uniqueness and quality of its fragrances’ olfactory and creative universe.

LLV’s mission is to invest in iconic brands that are in tune with the times and driven by visionary founders.

On this transaction, LLV is advised by Veil Jourde, with Géraud Saint Guilhem, partner, Paul Nanty and Clara Muhar, associates, on M&A aspects.
