Géraud Saint Guilhem advises on complex mergers and acquisitions of listed and unlisted companies, private equity transactions, restructurings and distressed M&A transactions.He is also a specialist in stock market law and is regularly involved in M&A litigation.
Géraud advises French and foreign industrial groups, investment and turnaround funds as well as companies with legal status (cooperatives, public sector companies and local authorities). He began his career in 2001 with the Polish office of Gide Loyrette Nouel, working on privatisations, before joining the Paris office in the Mergers & Acquisitions department. He joined Veil Jourde in 2006 and became a partner in 2009.
