Veil Jourde, advisor to KanAm Grund in connection with its acquisition of 3 Saussaies

Veil Jourde advises the KanAm Grund group on its acquisition of an office building at 3 rue des Saussaies, Paris 8th arrondissement, on behalf of an institutional investor.

Located in the heart of Paris’s Golden Triangle, the building of approximately 2,200 sqm  features 31 parking spaces as well as extensive garden areas and terraces. It will undergo renovation works aimed at repositioning it as a modern, sustainable and flexible headquarters, in line with current ESG requirements.
