Juliette Bour has significant experience in preventive and collective proceedings relating to restructurings and the handling of complex turnaround situations.

She advises French and international clients, including lenders, funds, investors, shareholders, debtors and creditors, in both amicable (out-of-court) and judicial contexts. With a strong litigation focus, she also acts in disputes related to insolvency proceedings and commercial law.

Juliette began her career at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei (2012–2016), then practiced at SCP Santoni & Associés (2017–2020) and Bersay (2021–2024), before joining DWF in 2024 as a partner and head of the Restructuring practice.

Juliette Bour is a member of the ARE, Women in Restructuring and the IBA, and serves as Vice-Chair of the Creditors’ Rights Subcommittee.
