Veil Jourde, advisor to the Klubb group in connection with its insolvency proceedings
Veil Jourde is advising the companies of the Klubb group, which specializes in the manufacture, distribution and rental of aerial work platforms as well as related equipment services, in connection with their court-supervised reorganization proceedings (redressement judiciaire).
The firm assisted Klubb Group, Klubb France and Klubb on all aspects of the reorganization proceedings. The joint court-appointed administrators were FHBX, represented by Maître Hélène Bourbouloux, and AJILINK, represented by Maître Jérôme Cabooter. The joint court-appointed receivers were ASTEREN, represented by Axel Chuine, and ARPEJ, represented by Maître Sophie Guillouët.
The judgments approving the reorganization plans of the three companies Klubb Group, Klubb France and Klubb were handed down by the Specialized Commercial Court of Bobigny on the 31st of July 2026. These decisions mark the culmination of a comprehensive restructuring process addressing the financial, operational and workforce-related aspects of the group. Under the reorganization plans, which were structured according to the classes of affected parties mechanism, approximately €130 million of liabilities were treated, thereby reducing the companies’ residual liabilities to just over €20 million.
The adoption of these reorganization plans through the classes-of-affected-parties mechanism resulted in a significant restructuring of the financial structure while providing the companies with the means to continue their operations within an appropriate operational and workforce framework.
