For almost twenty-eight years, Hervé has worked for private equity funds, banks and industrial and service groups on all types of financing, with expertise in corporate and acquisition financing, including restructuring.
Hervé has also developed skills in payment services and specific expertise in monetary issues (alternative currencies). For six years, he was a partner in an international law firm and head of the Paris banking practice.
Hervé has been a partner at Veil Jourde since 2019.
