Hervé has worked for private equity funds, banks and industrial and service groups for over twenty-five years on all types of financing, with expertise in corporate and acquisition finance, including restructuring.
Hervé has also developed skills in payment services and specific expertise in monetary issues (alternative currencies).
For six years he was a partner in an international law firm and head of the banking practice in Paris. Hervé has been a partner at Veil Jourde since 2019.
