Veil Jourde, advisor to Ennov on the LBO led by Bregal Sagemount and Ardian

Veil Jourde advised Ennov, its founder, shareholders and management team in connection with a primary LBO led by Bregal Sagemount, a leading growth-focused private equity firm, alongside Ardian, one of the world’s leading private investment houses.
Founded and headquartered in Paris, Ennov provides a unified information management platform serving as a central system of record for international life sciences organizations. Developed over more than 25 years, its software enables clients to manage complex regulatory requirements with international authorities such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the European Medicines Agency.
The investment by Bregal Sagemount and Ardian will enable Ennov — which currently supports 650 clients and more than 500,000 users across 30 countries — to continue its growth trajectory by further strengthening its artificial intelligence capabilities, accelerating its global go-to-market strategy and expanding its product offering.
Completion of the transaction is expected by the end of the second quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
