Pauline devotes her expertise to employment law and human capital management.
She is particularly recognized in terms of restructuring management (PSE, PDV, RCC, personnel transfers) and employment law aspects of M&A operations. She has also developed particular expertise in dealing with technical cases concerning the loan of labor and the duration of work.
She assists companies of all sizes and has particular sectoral expertise in the areas of road and rail transport, retail and distance selling.
Pauline was previously Counsel at Fromont Briens (2015 – 2019) then partner at FACTORHY Avocats (2019 – 2021).
