Veil Jourde, advisor to Reflexion Capital in connection with the sale of its stake in MyTower to Verto Growth

Veil Jourde advised Reflexion Capital, a tech and digital specialist, on the sale of its minority stake in MyTower to Verto Growth.
A publisher of transport and international trade digitization software, spun off from the Crystal group in 2015, MyTower had been supported by Reflexion Capital as its minority partner of choice since 2021.
With 110 employees and €10 million in revenue, MyTower counts among its clients leading players such as its parent company and certain entities of the LVMH group, as well as Air Liquide, Socomec, Bolloré Logistics, bioMérieux, and Bridgestone.
This new build-up phase with Verto Growth is part of a series of acquisitions and consolidation launched by MyTower, with the aim of building a leading European software platform that meets the upstream and downstream transport needs of industrial players and distributors.
In this transaction, Reflexion Capital was advised by Veil Jourde, with Benoît Gréteau, partner, and Céline Guo, associate, on tax and structural aspects.
