Veil Jourde, advisor to IDIA Capital Investissement alongside LFPI on the acquisition of a majority stake in CBM

Veil Jourde advised IDIA Capital Investissement on the acquisition of CBM, an international specialist in the distribution of spare parts for buses and coaches. Following the transaction, LFPI becomes the majority shareholder, alongside management, IDIA and UNEXO (Crédit Agricole Group).
Based in Rouillon (Sarthe, France), CBM serves nearly 2,500 customers in more than 60 countries, drawing on widely recognized technical expertise. With a catalog of more than 120,000 product references and an international logistics network, the group has established itself as a leading player in its market, both in France and abroad, where it generates more than half of its revenue.
The transaction is intended, in particular, to support CBM’s next phase of growth by accelerating its organic and international expansion, especially in Europe and North America. It also reflects the Crédit Agricole Group’s commitment to supporting market-leading companies in their growth plans.
IDIA Capital Investissement was advised by Veil Jourde, with Laurent Jobert, partner, and Enzo Niccolini, associate, on corporate and contractual matters.
