The conflict between the reinsurer SCOR and its shareholder, the insurer COVEA, fueled the media scene and saw its first substantive decision on November 10, 2020. The Paris Commercial Court holds the contractual and not special liability of a director having violated the regulations as well as the complicity of the company he chairs. He pronounces very heavy financial sentences, without however making the link with the faults themselves seem obvious. …/…
