Since its creation in 1990, our firm has been assisting clients with their strategic transactions, including acquisitions, reorganisations, partnerships and joint ventures and public takeovers (cash or share deals).

We advise French and international companies, both listed and unlisted, as well as investment funds and management. Our team also acts for companies in the public sector and involved in regulated activities.

Our lawyers also have recognised expertise in M&A transactions involving companies facing financial difficulty (distressed M&A and restructuring).
