Gilles de Boisséson has 40 years of experience advising international and French clients in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, corporate finance, foreign industrial investments in France.
He has acquired extensive experience in complex transactions and cross-border transactions. He has in-depth knowledge of the agri-food industry and more specifically of vines and wine. Gilles has participated, on the seller’s or buyer’s side depending on the case, in most of the transfer operations of Bordeaux’s “grands crus” over the last 20 years. He has also developed field experience of investments between India and France.
