“The more we anticipate, the more time we have to find solutions and therefore to bounce back (…) Especially since there are procedures dedicated to preventing difficulties – such as the ad hoc mandate or conciliation – for companies which are experiencing proven difficulties without being in a state of cessation of payments for more than 45 days, or which anticipate foreseeable difficulties in the short or medium term. Restructuring, at this stage, allows us to redress the situation.”
