Training at the Ministry of the Interior: intervention by Eugénie Amri and Maxime Seno as part of the Higher Cycle of Territorial Studies

Eugénie Amri and Maxime Seno, partners, spoke on November 16 and 17 at the Ministry of the Interior and Overseas Territories, as part of the training of sub-prefects on the theme of support for businesses by public authorities .

Veil Jourde supports the Ministry of the Interior and Overseas Territories, in partnership with Sia Partners, as part of the Higher Cycle of Territorial Studies, for the training of State representatives in the departments.

Also speaking during these training days, concerning support for companies in difficulty:

• Hélène Charpentier, associate judicial administrator at Solve, to share her experience in assisting companies in difficulty;
• Julien Bracq, Deputy SG of CIRI at the General Directorate of the Treasury concerning the missions of the CIRI (Interministerial Committee for Industrial Restructuring), in particular coordination with State services, as well as the economic issues encountered by our country;
• Thomas Robert, deputy head of the MRE (Business Restructuring Mission) at the General Directorate of Enterprises and Marie Fur, geographical referent, concerning the missions of the MRE and the role of the CRP (Commissioners for Restructuring and Prevention of Difficulties of companies) in the field.
