This investment by Aareon – with a clientele of 13,000 companies and a presence in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom – will allow Stonal to accelerate its European expansion.
Founded in 2017, Stonal is the leading data management platform for real estate owners and investors in Europe. By relying on artificial intelligence, Stonal makes real estate data reliable on a large scale and supports more than 130 clients, REITs, insurers, housing organizations, asset managers, family offices, in the management of a combined portfolio of over 200 million square meters across Europe.
