Veil Jourde advises Excellence Imagerie on its OBO transaction alongside Metric Capital Partners and UI Investissement

Veil Jourde is advising Excellence Imagerie in a new stage of its development led by its associate radiologists, with the support of Metric Capital Partners and UI Investissement, the latter reinvesting in the project.

The transaction involves a reorganization of the company’s share capital aimed at strengthening its structure around its fifty-three associate radiologists, who will hold a majority shareholding, thereby ensuring the long-term preservation of their independence in managing the Group and its medical governance. The operation will also enable the onboarding of thirteen new members and provide the Group with the resources required to continue advancing its medical development strategy.

Established in 2019, Excellence Imagerie brings together three leading medical imaging centers: the Institut de Radiologie de Paris (IRP), headed by Dr. Alain Dana; the Centre de Sénologie et d’Échographie (CSE), headed by Dr. Patrick Toubiana; and Imagerie Médicale Faidherbe Mont-Louis (IMFM), headed by Dr. Dominique Najmark. Operating across approximately ten sites in Paris, the Group comprises over 170 employees and 60 specialized radiologists and performs 400,000 procedures each year.
