Veil Jourde advises Jacquet Metals on the acquisition of steel distribution activities from Swiss Steel Group
The French group Jacquet Metals, based near Lyon, has acquired a number of companies in Eastern and Central Europe from Swiss Steel Group, the world leader in the production of long special steels. This transaction, the second of its kind between the two groups, marks their desire to strengthen their long-term commercial relationship.
Jacquet Metals was advised in this transaction by Veil Jourde, with Pierre Deval, partner, and Albéric Duhamel Delattre, associate, on the corporate aspects.
