Veil Jourde, advisor of SLAM on its investment in Tech3

Veil Jourde advised the SLAM fund on its investment in Red Bull KTM Tech3 (Tech3), the iconic French MotoGP team.

Founded in 1989 and based in Bormes-les-Mimosas, Tech3 is the only and oldest French racing team, with more than three decades of experience at the highest level of motorcycle racing.

Alongside IKON Capital, Bolt Ventures, and Main Street Advisors, SLAM is supporting the start of a new chapter for Tech3, now led by Guenther Steiner.

This investment comes at a time when global motorsports are experiencing growth, driven in particular by the expansion of MotoGP’s international presence.

In this transaction, SLAM was advised by Veil Jourde, with Laurent Jobert, partner, and Léandre Marchi-Boualam, associate, on corporate and contractual aspects.
