Veil Jourde, advisor to Ariane on the opening up of Heytens’s capital

Veil Jourde advises the Ariane family office on Indigo Capital’s acquisition of a minority stake in the Heytens group, the European leader in custom window coverings.

Founded in Belgium 50 years ago, Heytens, in which Ariane has been a shareholder since 2012, is now a leading brand in the design of custom-made blinds and curtains.

Drawing on its strong expertise and an agile business model based on franchising -90% of the current network), Heytens manages and operates around 100 showrooms in Belgium, France, Switzerland, and Luxembourg.

This investment by Indigo Capital, a financial investor specializing in European SMEs and mid-cap companies, aims to support Heytens in accelerating its development, in particular by doubling its network of showrooms within three years.

In this transaction, Ariane is being advised by Veil Jourde, with Benoît Gréteau, partner, and Charlotte Bittermann, counsel, on tax matters.
