Veil Jourde, advisor to Carvest and IDIA Capital Investissement in a strategic minority transaction with Groupe Scieries Réunies du Châlonnais (SRC)

Veil Jourde advises Carvest and IDIA Capital Investissement (via the Fonds Développement Filière Bois), in a minority transaction with the Scieries Réunies du Châlonnais (SRC) Group, a recognized player in wood processing, based in Burgundy.

Initially an oak sawmill founded in 1950, the SRC group broadened its expertise in the early 2000s to include parquet flooring, offering a range of solid and semi-solid oak parquet products.

This operation is a structuring project for the wood industry, combining expertise and sustainable development. It will enable SRC to pursue its development, notably by financing a new cogeneration and densified log production plant.

In this transaction, Carvest and IDIA Capital Investissement are advised by Veil Jourde, with partner Laurent Jobert and associate Clara Muhar, on contractual and corporate aspects.
