Veil Jourde advises Patrice Haddad in the sale of the football club Red Star
Patrice Haddad has entered into exclusive negotiations with 777 Partners (an American alternative investment company based in Miami), a candidate for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Red Star FC, a historic football club in the Paris region, currently playing in the National league and occupying the Bauer stadium.
Patrice Haddad and his holding company, PH1, are advised by the law firm Veil Jourde, with Pierre Deval, partner, and Clara Muhar, associate.
