Caroline Gérault’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, including contractual litigation under common law and commercial law, contractual disputes under common law or under distribution law, as well as commercial relationships, disputes between shareholders or following the sale of company rights disputes between shareholders or post-sale of company rights, or banking and financial banking and financial disputes.

She works with a wide range of clients, including companies, shareholders, financial institutions, investment funds and individuals in their negotiations and financial institutions, investment funds and private individuals in their negotiations and disputes, as well as in settlement, conciliation and mediation, conciliation and mediation.

Caroline has worked in the Corporate M&A team in the Paris office of Linklaters LLP, before joining the Veil Jourde’s litigation department in 2014.
