Christophe Bouchez has 25 years’ experience, the first part of which he spent with two renowned Anglo-Saxon law firms.

He practises the various facets of the profession of litigation lawyer, combining negotiation and legal battle, in the most varied areas of business life, on behalf of a diverse clientele, both French and foreign, including multinationals, large companies and SMEs, as well as private individuals, particularly for the settlement of estates. In particular, his long-term involvement in a number of leading cases in business criminal law has enabled him to handle complex situations combining criminal, civil and commercial issues, right through to the phase of recovering sentences, which requires knowledge and regular practice of the arcana of enforcement law.
