Former partner of the Gide Loyrette Nouel firm, he founded the Veil Jourde firm in 1990.
He intervenes both in mergers & acquisitions and in civil, commercial, criminal or regulatory litigation.
Jean Veil’s expertise in Litigation is distinguished in international guides of reference : in the “Hall of Fame” of The Legal 500 and as “Senior Statespeople” by Chambers & Partners.
