Veil Jourde advises Crédit Agricole on its investment in FIT
Veil Jourde, advisor to the Crédit Agricole group in the context of the capital increase of France Imageries Territoires
IDIA Capital Investissement and SOCADIF Capital Investissement are participating in the new capital increase of France Imageries Territoires. After their entry into the capital at its creation in 2019 and additional investment in 2021, IDIA Capital Investissement and SOCADIF Capital Investissement are thus reinvesting alongside the radiologists.
