Veil Jourde advises Equancy on its sale to European Digital Group
Strategy consultancy Equancy, founded in 2002, has sold the majority of its capital to European Digital Group, a specialist in digital acceleration.
Veil Jourde assisted the founders of Equancy in this transaction with Laurent Jobert, partner, Gabriel d’Amécourt, counsel, and Clara Muhar, associate, on the contractual and corporate aspects, and Benoît Gréteau, partner, and Mathieu Michno, associate, on the tax aspects.
