Veil Jourde advises Japanese industrial group Yano on takeover of Titan Aviation
On 3 October 2023, the French Klubb Group, Europe’s leading manufacturer of aerial work platforms, and the Yano Group, a Japanese industrial bodybuilder, were chosen by the Villefranche-sur-Saône Commercial Court to take over Titan Aviation. The aim of the Franco-Japanese industrial consortium is to make this new entity, called Titan Aero Group, the European leader in carbon-free refuelling. The takeover will also preserve all of Titan Aviation’s current 180 jobs.
The Yano Group was advised in this transaction by Veil Jourde, with partner Eugénie Amri on the restructuring aspects and partner Laurent Jobert on the corporate aspects.
