Veil Jourde advises VoltR in its first fundraising

Veil Jourde advises VoltR, a startup specializing in the reconditioning of lithium batteries, in its fundraising from C4 Ventures, Exergon, Pays de la Loire Participations and Anjou Amorchage.

This first fundraising will be used in particular to finance the development of a new pilot plant, R&D and the recruitment of new talents.

Founded in 2022, the Angevin startup aims to industrialize and structure a European second-life lithium battery sector in order to limit their environmental impact as much as possible.

In this operation, VoltR was advised by the Veil Jourde firm, with Géraud Saint Guilhem and Gabriel d’Amécourt, partners, as well as Fiona Défis, associate.

C4 Ventures was advised by VOLT Associés, with Hervé Bied-Charreton and Jade Houzé, lawyers.
