Veil Jourde, advisor to CDC in Hevatech’s fundraising
Hevatech raises €4 million from Banque des Territoires, a subsidiary of the Caisse des Dépôts group, on behalf of the French State as part of France 2030, and from Eren Group, a specialist in renewable energies, and two historical investors of the company. Hevatech operates in the industrial energy efficiency market.
In this transaction, Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) was advised by Veil Jourde, with Laurent Jobert, partner, and Albéric Duhamel-Delattre, associate, in corporate; Benoît Gréteau, partner, and Charlotte Bittermann, associate, in tax; and Pauline Larroque-Daran, partner, and Ismaël Koné, associate, in employment law.
