Veil Jourde, advisor to Cosmobilis on the acquisition of the bee2link group
Cosmobilis has acquired bee2link, a software publisher specialising in the digitalisation of automotive distribution, from its founders and shareholders. Xavier Cotelle, the founder of bee2link, and the group’s management have reinvested in Cosmobilis’ capital. The Bridgepoint fund, which acquired a stake in the bee2link group during the OBO carried out in 2019, is selling its entire holding.
Veil Jourde advised Cosmobilis on the acquisition of bee2link, in particular on the structuring of the reinvestment.
Cosmobilis was advised by Veil Jourde, with Laurent Jobert, partner, Vincent Ramel, counsel, Albéric Duhamel-Delattre and Paul Alric, associates, on the corporate and contractual aspects, and Benoît Gréteau, partner, and Mathieu Michno, associate, on the tax aspects.
