Veil Jourde, advisor to LVMH Luxury Venture in the context of the acquisition of a minority stake in Molli

Veil Jourde advises LVMH Luxury Ventures, LVMH’s investment fund, on the acquisition of a minority stake in Molli, a high-end French knitwear brand.

A century-old house founded in Switzerland in 1886, and taken over by Charlotte de Fayet in 2014, Molli offers a range of luxury women’s clothing and accessories.

Today, the brand has a network of boutiques in Paris, an international presence via its e-commerce platform and distribution to around a hundred retailers abroad.

The investment by LVMH Luxury Ventures is designed to propel Molli’s expansion to become a sustainable benchmark in luxury goods.

LVMH Luxury Ventures is advised in this transaction by Veil Jourde, with partners Géraud Saint Guilhem and Gabriel d’Amécourt, associates Paul Nanty and Clara Muhar, on M&A aspects; partner Nicolas Brault and associate Flore Canal, on intellectual property aspects; and partner Benoît Gréteau and associate Arthur Seguy, on tax aspects.
