Veil Jourde advises Publicis in the creation of Voilà, a joint venture for the digitalization of events
Publicis is establishing Voilà, a joint venture equally owned with Orange, dedicated to organizing digital events for businesses, in the form of a customizable cloud platform for hybrid events, accessible in SaaS mode.
In setting up Voilà, Publicis is advised by the law firm Veil Jourde, with Pierre Deval, partner, and Virgile Morel, associate.
