SOCADIF Capital Investissement and IDIA Capital Investissement have announced their minority investment in the J’OCEANE Group, a company specialized in seafood distribution.
SOCADIF Capital Investissement and IDIA Capital Investissement, the investors, were advised by Veil Jourde, with Laurent Jobert, partner, and Vincent Ramel, counsel, in corporate matters; Benoît Gréteau, partner, and Mathieu Michno, associate, in tax; and Pauline Larroque-Daran, partner, and Marine Guille, associate, in employment law.
