Veil Jourde, advisor to banks in Zenika’s LBO
Zenika strengthens its capital with the entry of Bpifrance and Socadif as reference minority shareholders alongside its founder and managers. The founder remains the majority shareholder, and around fifteen managers also acquire shares. Isatis Capital sells its stake.
Veil Jourde, with Hervé Pillard, partner in financing, advises the banks Caisse d’Epargne Ile de France, BNP Paribas, Banque Populaire Rives de Paris, and Crédit Agricole d’Ile de France, which financed the transaction.
