Our partners Benoît Gréteau and Laurent Jobert spoke yesterday on the theme: Mastering value-sharing strategies: corporate and tax issues for private equity.

Together, they underlined the need to adapt practice to changes in case law without abandoning the objective of aligning the interests of investors and managers.

They also discussed the advantages and limits of giving priority to legal instruments to the detriment of contractual ones.
