Veil Jourde advises Minelli in its sale to the consortium of companies DS Invest, Mes Demoiselles and Union Brothers

The Marseilles Commercial Court has approved the bid for Minelli made by the DS Invest, Mes Demoiselles and Union Brothers consortium. This operation will enable the Minelli brand to continue to exist and maintain its position in the know-how and top-of-the-range fashion sector.

The three companies in the consortium will form a new entity called “Maison Minelli”, which will be responsible for continuing the acquired business. Minelli was advised in this transaction by Veil Jourde, with Eugénie Amri, partner, on the restructuring aspects.
